    All you need to know is your Livestock Business Number to complete your application for feed purchases. If you do not know your business number, you can find out your 12-digit Livestock Business Number from the Ministry of Agriculture in your city or via the e-government system by entering "Livestock Business Detail Information Inquiry".

  • How can I view products on Tarfin Mobil?

    Once you download the Tarfin Mobil app from the Google Play Store and your location is set, you can either select from the list of products or directly type and search for products. You can filter brands of fertilizer, feed, seed, and fuel, and purchase in cash or with harvest payment terms.

  • How can I apply for Tarfin Mobil? Where will I find out about my application result?

    In Tarfin Mobil,

    • Select your current location,
    • Select the product you want to purchase.
    • Choose the retailer you want to make a purchase around you.
    • Choose cash or buy now, pay at harvest options.
    • Fill in the necessary fields, such as the amount of product you want to buy and contact information.
    • When you have answered all the questions, your application result will be displayed.
    • If you close the application at this stage, we will send you a notification when your application result is determined. Please allow notifications from Tarfin before applying.
    • Once you are approved, you can view the contact information of the retailer you selected and the verification code required for you to complete the transaction at your retailer.
    • Your verification code will be valid for seven days.
  • I could not complete my application in Tarfin Mobil. What should I do?

  • I want to buy my agricultural inputs and pay in cash. What should I do?

    You can create your application entry by logging into the Tarfin Mobil application, selecting your location, clicking on the product you need, selecting the cash payment option. When your application is determined, selected retailer’s contact information will automatically appear on your screen. You can complete your shopping within seven days with the verification code.

  • How do you deliver agricultural inputs?

    After your purchase, you can see contact information about the retailer you selected on the screen. You can contact the retailer and receive your products with the shipping service, shipping by cargo is not available for the moment. The shipping fee is determined by the retailer and is based on distance and type of product purchased.

  • Where should I make my payment at harvest?

    You can send your due payment by wire transfer on the payment day you specify while shopping, or you can pay at contracted bank branches in your district. Bank details will be sent to you by SMS before the harvest day you selected. You can also check the bank branch and payment due date by logging in via the Tarfin Mobil. You will not pay any collection charges, commissions, or additional charges on the pay date. If you want to pay before your due date, you can reach us via the phone numbers below.
