What’s the role?
Tarfin’s customers are rural farmers. ATL and BTL marketing plays a significant role in Tarfin’s customer acquisition strategy. Project Marketing Associate will be responsible for Tarfin’s customer acquisition channels, strategy, execution, analysis and development.
Utilize best practices to develop and support strategic growth initiatives for ATL and BTL marketing activities
Build, maintain and develop brand guidelines to ensure successful execution across all channels
Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across Tarfin teams, partners and agencies to maintain alignment with overall marketing calendars
Align resources, budgets, and schedules to prioritize and produce work efficiently
Monitor Tarfin’s performance across various target groups, adjusting marketing activities based on always up-to-date data and performance results
Conduct community projects in necessary fields, and provide performance reports
Support Tarfin’s sales and support teams with marketing tools to better communicate the value of our products and services
Think strategically about the evolution of special project lifecycles specialized on city, region, retail, crop or other segments, work and bring new and innovative ideas to increase efficiency within the marketing team
Minimum 2-year experience in marketing,
Good knowledge of conventional media channels and trade marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields
Experience, either personal or professional, in the agriculture industry a plus
Possess a professional and enthusiastic attitude, strong problem-solving, critical-thinking and decision-making abilities
