What’s the role?

Tarfin’s customers are rural farmers. Designing and analyzing perfect customer journeys is key to Tarfin’s sustainable growth. Customer Journey and Segmentation Associate will be responsible for designing Tarfin’s end-to-end customer journey and developing and executing customer acquisition and retention strategies.
